3. 1 tsp Seaweed powder
4. 1 tsp Dandelion h/e
5. 1 tsp Milk thistle h/e
6. 1 tsp Wheat grass h/e
7. 1 tsp Burdock h/e

| Instructions |
1. 2 DROPS Helichrysum ess oil: stimulates liver, stimulates new cell production
2. 1 DROP CO Cypress: stimulates circulation, lowers blood pressure, strengthens veins
3. 1 DROP CO Lemon: decongest lymph glands, improves metabolic rate by reducing fluid retention
4. 3 DROPS CO Juniper: helps fluid retention, strengthens veins, circulatory stimulant
5. 1 DROP CO Basil: nourishes adrenal glands, anti-viral
6. 2ML CO Sesame: oil contains large amounts of linoleate in triglyceride form, inhibits the growth of melanoma
7. 1ML CO Safflower oil: contains large amounts of linoleate in triglyceride form, inhibits the growth of melanoma/ natural preservative
8. 1 ML CO Marula oil: rich in anti-oxidants and oleic acid.
9. Mix with 50% CO Coriander flower water (relieves stress, uplifting, stimulating) and 50% CO Litsea cubea flower water (lymphatic stimulant)
10. Apply to lymph areas (under the arms, stomach, throat, around upper thighs and buttocks) Leave to dry.
11. Rinse with cool water or add 1 cup of mixture to hot bath.
