Applications

A warm, relaxing soak in a fragrant bath can ease the cares of the day and soothe tense muscles.

   
Ingredients

1. 7 drops Rosemary essential oil
2. 5 drops Peppermint essential oil
3. 8 drops Lavender essential oil
4. 100ml Turkey Red oil

   
Instructions

1. Add drops of Essential Oils to the Turkey Red oil
2. Pour 20ml of oil into bath whilst filling or 10ml into foot bath
3. Make sure oil is evenly mixed.


   
Precautions 1. Do not use rosemary essential oil when taking high blood pressure tablets
