Description/Specification
Turmeric Oleoresin is a natural extract that has a varying appearance and colour according to the type of blend selected. The colour varies from orange-yellow to reddish-brown in the different blends. The aroma is typical of turmeric with an underlying nutlike character.

The oleoresin chiefly contains volatile oil, resin and yellow colouring matter known as curcuminoids. The chief component of curcuminoids is curcumin. It is reported to possess many pharmacological and anti-inflammatory actions.
