Used as an exfoliant, Ground Pumice makes a great ingredient for a cleansing foot wash. On its own, it works hard to gently remove rough skin, giving your feet an instant lift!
This lightly abrasive powdered rock is also appropriate for a body exfoliant.
Soleful Scrub
Put your best foot forward with the following recipe!
COOLING FOOT SCRUB
Ingredients:
100g Green Clay
20ml Tea Tree Floral Water ( or distilled water)
15g Pumice Stone, ground or superfine
1 tablespoon Aloe Gel
20 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Mix the products together and massage into bathed feet, applying extra pressure to the harder areas of skin such as the heels. Massage well for at least 10 minutes, then rinse the feet and follow with a moisturizer!
