Tartrazine (Yellow) - Food Colours

F-C water-soluble powder

Tartrazine colouring provides a bright yellow colour which is often used in fruit cordial, puddings, custard powder, sweets, chewing gum, jams, and yogurt.
When used together with glycerin, it creates many convenience foods such as throat drops, with the addition of lemon and honey products.

The mixing of Tartrazine colour with Brilliant Blue FCF, will see the production of various fantastic shades of green, such as that used in tin-canned Peas.
