Hi,
I am wondering if there is any need to be cautious in using fruit extracts in pregnancy as there is with essential oils?
Thankyou.
Liz.

Hi Elisabeth,
I am not aware of any contra-indications with fruit extracts during pregnancy. A dilution of up to 1% in a product and used in moderation, I believe, would be sensible.
We have a book available for purchase, "Aromatherapy during Pregnancy" at a cost of $13.95 before GST.
I hope this information has been of help.
