Also, is the aloe vera moisturiser ready to use, or do you need to add things to it? The aloe vera can be used on it's own or blended with other ingredients. Nadine Nadine Posted: Tue Jun 27, 2006 12:35 PM   Hi Nadine, Thanks for getting back to me, although the fact that it's taken almost 2 mths to get a response leaves me doubting how serious New Directions are on customer service. If a question is posted on this forum I'd assume the majority of people would expect a response within a couple of weeks, if not less. I live quite close to the Marrickville warehouse and am able to drop in, ask questions and pick things up. If this weren't the case I doubt very much that I would continue to purchase New Directions products. New Directions provides wonderful products, but it needs to be backed up with efficient customer service. Thankyou for taking the time to finally respond to my question.
