Floral Waters
Is NDA floral water truely hydrolates or floral water made by solubilizing essential oils in water?
NDA Specifications on Floral Waters some are 100% floral water, some are made by solubilizing the essential oils in water and emulsifier.
How do I know whether the floral water that I order from NDA is Hydrolates or merely a aroma water?
Your sales person assured me that NDA floral waters are distilled from the original plant material which is 100% pure and do not have emulsifying agents or alcohol. But the actual batch that I received is different story which is made by solubilizing the essential oils in water and emulsifier. Why?

Hi Peileng,
I have spoken to our chemist and confirmed NDA stocks floral waters made combining essential oils and water with a preservative.
I am sorry you have been misinformed.
