Hi! I love your products, and usually pick my order up myself from Marrickville. However, as I was unable to pick it up this time I had it delivered. I was extremely happy with how quick it was, but was disappointed with the packaging. Can I suggest you use recycled, or recyclable packaging instead of the packing foam? Something as simple and easy as this would make your great service and products into fantastic service and products!!

I too don't like the foam packing. I find it very messy and have trouble disposing of it.

Thanks. Alot of places use shredded old newspaper/office paper, which can in turn be used as mulch on your garden. Our chickens used to love foraging through it! I'm sure it would possibly be cheaper than 'new' packaging aswell.

We tried using shredded paper at one stage, however, whilst in transit the paper compacts so that it no longer supports the products, and as a result items break. We have looked into other types of natural packing, however, upon research discovered that they can cause animal infestations, as a result we have unfortunately decided until we arrive at proper solution we will have to continue with the foam packing.
