hi i just shopped for the fit time in your store and would like to purchase many more of your products,however during the whole purchasing process i was told that i would be' advised later' of the postage cost so i kept going to the next step in hope of finding out the cost next minute i was told' thank you for your purchase' and taken back to home.i really would appreciate knowing what the cost will be to me(maybe its free?)as i did leave my visa card details with you.much appreciated,jo connor.email-ziggamoo@yahoo.com.au

Your shipping cost will be advised by our sales consultant once we have received your order. please note that we will not charge your credit card until we have your confirmation.

I agree that knowing the postage in advance is important. I also continued my order expecting to see the postage shown.

Hi Guys,
We are proud to announce that a new fright calculation system will be implemented on the new directions website by late October.
We have merged a system with Australia post, Toll and FedEx to bring you the most competitive freight rates.
This system is currently under development by the IT team at New Directions and will go live by late October.
