Concerns regarding shipping costs
Hi, I see from reading some other posts that others would like to know, in advance, or at least after the order is placed, the cost of shipping. I too would like to know.
I live in Toronto, Canada, and although I order product from my Canadian New Directions store, I just discovered that there are some EOs and FOs that you sell in AU that are not sold in Canada. And you also seem to have a few other products that I would be interested in ordering.
Having said this, just ballpark, can you give me an idea of the cost of say shipping 40 100ml bottles of FOs. And are the prices quoted in US$?
I am envious of the Australians :-) as you seem to have a lot more selection than we do in Canada. Perhaps this will change soon.
Please advise, and thanks a lot.

Hi! thought i'd let you know how wonderful your Baby Nappy Rash balm is. With the hot and humid weather in Sydney, my 13 week old daughter developed a terrible heat rash, despite keeping her nappy free most of the day. For the past couple of weeks I've used the nappy balm and it helped to sooth and clear the rash almost immediately! Thanks for such a beautiful product.

In the recipes section when you click the "SHOW ALL" button. When you click next page link for the number 2 page you get taken back to the category page listing.
I am using mozilla firefox.
In internet explorer the same page says "There are no recipes to list in this category." when trying to goto the second page.

Hi, I really love your product and would like to continue to be a customer. However, as I am going to Switzerland next year, I am wondering if there is any way I can purchase produts from you in the future. I know you have a branch office in Portugal however the online shopping website does not seem to be located there. I assuem it would be expensive to deliver products from Aus. Please let me know other options.

I am a customer reside at oversea. I would like to purchase your product through online. However, I am concerning the postage charge which is pretty high. As I have relatives live in Sydney, could I instruct the order send to my relative home in Riverwood in Sydney?If you could do so, would you please advice how much is of the postage charge for local delivery? Is there any other pick up points? Do you have any shops in city area/downtown?

Hi! I love your products, and usually pick my order up myself from Marrickville. However, as I was unable to pick it up this time I had it delivered. I was extremely happy with how quick it was, but was disappointed with the packaging. Can I suggest you use recycled, or recyclable packaging instead of the packing foam? Something as simple and easy as this would make your great service and products into fantastic service and products!!

Hi! I am Athena from Hong Kong. I am interested on New Directions product but would like to know: -
- Do you accept overseas order ?
- If so, what the freight charge it would be ? I saw some internet shop charged AU$50 but some charged around AU$20. The variation seems big.
- I suggest to build a FAQ session or "freight & delivery" page that would be more convenient for the buyers.

hi i just shopped for the fit time in your store and would like to purchase many more of your products,however during the whole purchasing process i was told that i would be' advised later' of the postage cost so i kept going to the next step in hope of finding out the cost next minute i was told' thank you for your purchase' and taken back to home.i really would appreciate knowing what the cost will be to me(maybe its free?)as i did leave my visa card details with you.much appreciated,jo connor.email-ziggamoo@yahoo.com.au

are the metal containe checked for cracks/leaks when they go. my last order of lavender oil- one of the aluminium bottles had cracked and by the time I got the package open only half was left and everything had a lovely scent. thank you for the great products and services
