I am used to using liquid colourings. How much of the powder needs to be used to colour say 250ml of product? Lisa Posted: Thu Aug 24, 2006 9:24 AM   Hi Lisa, Our plant derived colours are plant derived natural colours. The amount of colour you use is determined by doing a test sample. Up to one percent is generally plenty to create a deep colour but experimenting is necessary.
