Hi, I have resently purchaced some vitamin A & synthetic vitamin E from New Directions and I am following a formula that requires 2000 IU of vitamen E & 100,000 USP Units of vitamine A. Can you tell me how many IU are present in each 1g of oil?

Hi Con,
The Vitamin A contains 1,000,000 IU/g
The Vitamin E contains 1,000 IU/g
Therefore to add 2000 IU of vitamin E add 2gms & to add 100,000 USP Units of vitamin A add 0.10gms
Sorry for the delay, I hope the information is clear.
