I have been making foot salts for my clients using epson salts, salt, clay and essential oils, along with water soluble dye ..........and noted that after a while the contents in the jar gets hard. Any advise. Also another question I have is any tips of making labels for the products. Thanks.

Apparently someone else has answered the label question in one of the other forum sections...here is a copy:
"I found that Avery (the label company) actually make an oil resistant label that works great. I use a colour laser printer but you could buy the ink jet kind and use that. I use mine for Bubble bath shampoo etc and haven’t had any problems under running water etc. they seem to be made out of a plastic.
I am doing the same sort of thing in NSW and the perfect Avery labels are: #5262, #5161, #5199, #5160"
I found it most helpful.
Not sure about your other question....perhaps someone else may be experiencing the same prob...& knows the solution?
