Hi again,
I had a question about adding fragrances to your base products; does the fragrance need to be mixed with solubiliser to add to your pre-mixed bases (eg. shower gel and body lotion/milk) and what is the maximimum percentage you recommend adding so that the mixture does not become solutable?
Thanks,
Natasha

Hi Lesa,
Well that a frequently asked question that cant be resolved too easily, it really comes down to peonal preference. A general recommendation that we have to offer is to go through our recipes on the website as a guide.
We are updating the website on a daily basis but if there is a particular product you have in mind let us know & we will try to organize a recipe.

Me make cosmetic, Glycerine Soap and Shampoos and use up to 2% blended oil. we have not had seperation ever. What you really need to be aware of is product destabilisation, instant liquification of the base. This is common, real common. Different oils effect the base differently. It can look thicker then liquify when blended. Test...test...test....
