Hello, When I make a natural balm with apricot oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, beeswax and essential oils why does it go beady after a while? The beads still melt on skin contact but it doesn't look very nice in the jar? Any suggestions?

Hi Julia,
It may be overheating of shea butter. Shea Butter tends to go beady if overheated. I myself have done this a few times before I figured out what it was. I always heat my ingredients first then add shea butter at the end , it seems to stop the beadiness happening.....good luck
