I'd rather not put preservatives in my products and would like to sell them as freshly made as possible, however I think I may have to use preservatives to some extent if I'm to succeed in my business venture. (I'd be mainly web selling) However, I'm having some difficulty in finding information about rules and regulations relating to selling this type of product. Can you help? I'm UK based. Can look them up on the internet. On our web site under preservatives there is plantaserve N and plantasrve S wich are completely natural preservatives.
