Could you answer these question i recently had from a customer regarding your lanolin.
1. How pure is your pure lanolin. Is it 100%. What are the other
constituents in it.
2. Is your pure lanolin 100% natural?
3. Is your product in the form of Oil or Cream?
The customer would like to use the lanolin as on their skin as a mosturiser/emolient would that be advisable?
Thank you
Helen

Hello Helen,
We can supply a pure Lanolin which is tested to 1.5ppm pesticide. This is the purest lanolin you can buy, it is more expensive than the one we currently stock. In regards to applying it directly to the skin this would be difficult due to its thick and tacky feel, it would be applied better when incorporated into a cream.
Kind Regards,
Belal Chami

Thank you for your quick response but the Lanolin I am making the enquiry about is the lanolin you normally sell as I have already purchased some for another use.

Hey Helen,
The Lanolin we sell at the moment is BP Grade (this is 50ppm), which is recommended by the British Pharmaceutical Society.
Kind regards,

Just to summarise; the Lanolin is pure and 100% natural so no other constituents are added
It is a natural wax that is obtained from sheep wool, once the sheap have been sheared. It should only be used as a component of manufacturing due to its thick, wax-like consistency.
