I was wondering if anyone have a clue one what formula suits best when mixing fragrant oil and DPG (Di Propylene Glycol) with a bag of 600 unscented stks (yes, the ones sold here). I'd like to achieve a strong, yet not annoying result avoiding soot and headaches or general annoyance. Thanks in advance.
