Hi,
1) We would like to order goods to Hong Kong. In order to save shipping cost, should we order it from Australia /USA/ Taiwan?

2) If we order products from Australia /USA/ Taiwan, are the packaging idential? From the website shown, for essential oils, the one from Australia are amber glass with white cap, while the one from USA are amber glass with black cap.

3) From USA website, essentail oils will go through Gas Chromatography (GC) Analysis, is the same applied to the one we purchase from Australia?

Hi,
1) At the moment it is cheapest to order from Australia as the shipping cost is
higher from USA to HK, and Taiwan does not currently hold stock

2) The packaging is different in each location. Australia supplies all the
stock for Taiwan office, so in this case the packaging is the same.

3) Yes, Australia and all our offices hold a very high standard of quality
control. All incoming oils will be tested in accordance to our quality
