Hello, can you please tell me which oil (carrier or essential) is best to reduce saggy skin? How do I use it? Can it be used directly on skin?

Anna
Hi Anna,
Carrot seed, frankincense, myrhh, patchouli and ylang ylang essential oils are all regenerating and good for dry skin. Avodaco, sweet almond and apricot kernel carrier oils are all suitable for restoring dry and mature skin.

Follow our jojoba moisturising cream recipe on our website by clicking onto recipes then creams, using these carrier oils and essential oils as substitutes. Rose hip oil is great on its own. Use 5-6 drops and massage into face and neck after cleansing every evening before moisturising.

For toning I would recommend looking up some facial exercise routines to tone your face muscles and this will tone your skin. The library is a good place to look for Beauty at home books.

I hope you find this information helpful.

Nadine
Thank you Nadine.
Is Hazelnut good for sagging skin as well?

Anna
Hi Anna,
Hazelnut oil is a good nourishing oil for mature skin as is Macadamia. I do not believe that oils will help to tone the skin as such. It is the ingredients you add to the oils that may assist to tone the skin, such as essential oils that are regenerating. The list I sent you is what I would recommend. The oils act as a carrier and to soften the skin.
I hope this information is helpful.

Nadine
thank you nadine.
