Which category of oils (essential oil; absolute; etc.) I should buy if I want to achieve the followings?
- make my room smell good by using a burner
- add few drops to my bath
- put me to sleep quicker and better
- I don't want to buy too many cateogries
- economical enough for daily use as well.

Hi Connie,
There are several options for you. We have essential oil blends on page 31 of our catalogue, or under essential oils on our web site.
The relaxation or stress relief blend are both suitable, also the meditation blend.
Alternatively, lavender is a very universal essential oil and can be used on it's own.
