When making up body scrubs, how long can they last, and how do you store them? Many thanks.

Hi Rebecca,
There are a few options to chose from:
You can keep the dry ingredients separate and add to your shower gel of lotion as needed.

You can use natural preservatives, which can be viewed in the raw materials section under preservatives on our website, such as grape seed extract, herbigerm and rosemary antioxidant.

You can also add Vitamin E to your products, listed in the same section.

The prefered carrier oils would be those that are stable and are slow to go rancid, such as jojoba, sweet almond and coconut oil.
