Hey Anna,
Looks like you got yourself a list of questions there. You are best off to get your hands on an aromatherapy book which covers all therapeutic uses of essentials and how to blend essential oils. "Aromatherapy Blends & Remedies" is a great book to get started!

To answer your question about Vitamin C. It is often used as a raw material in making skincare products due to its known benefits. Its recommended uses are 1% to 10% depending on its application.

-For dry skin, the best essential oils used are Lavender, Rose , Sandalwood, however there are many, many more.
-Juniper Pure Essential Oil is often used to treat scaly skin and in addition dry skin.
-Rose geranium essential oil/hydrosols are beneficial for thin and dry skin
-Cypress and Geranium essential oils are commonly used to treat spider veins
-Tea Tree Oil, Bergamot Oil, Clove Oil, Lavender Oil, Rosewood Oil are famous essential oils known for their therapeutic properties for blemishes, acne and clogged pores.

Hope all this helps

Belal
Thank you very much =)
