Thanks. 4 134 Hi there, First of all I would like to say that New Directions is an absolute blessing and the customer service I have found to be excellent & most helpful at all times. BOTTLES/ACCESSORIES: I am having extreme difficulties in obtaining an ALL metal spray/atomizer, lotion pump and serum pump without the plastic componant/dispersing componant ( just all metal) There are these types of componants available else where but unfortunately you have to buy in the thousands (units) usually around 5,000 units of each- which is unsuitable for someone such as myself or any small business that requires very small quantities. Can New Directions please consider stocking an all metal range in Serum, Lotion, and Atomizer? That will fit the glass bottles as the current stock that you have which has the metal neck with plastic disperser. The type I am reffering to is in the same metal finish as your company currently stocks ( Silver matt/shiny & Gold matt/shiny) but contains a metal disperser not plastic? I hope that New Directions will consider this option availability as I'm sure they will be a big seller because they look better quality without plastic. Also in regard to perfumes- a plastic atomiser kinda looks cheap and less attractive. Thanks. We are also using product for providing aromatherapy massage. New Directions have lots of bottles and accessories including packaging but no mention of a label service. Labelling has been our biggest difficulty so far. We have been looking for a Victorian/Melbourne company which can produce waterproof labels for us. My daughter has completed the graphic design work but so far the only company we have found is in Tasmania (we are in Victoria). Does anyone have any suggestions about labelling? We could produce the labels ourselves but we want the print to be waterproof and the label quality to be similar/equal to the New Directions labels. Is it then possible to have lotion pumps to fit my glass bottles? Also, is it possible to have lotion pumps to fit the 50ml glass casa bottles? I believe the serum pumps would only work with very thin lotions and mine are more viscous, and I do not want a jar. Otherwise, do you know of any other place that sells pumps which would fit your 50 and 200 ml casa bottles? Would it be possible for you to print or embed our company logo and the name of the product on the bottles and at what cost? As well, we may be interested in the gold or silver organza bag and in the boxes. Could the bags suit all types of bottles, that is the tall 200 ml as the 50 ml bottles?
