My face is looking dark ,i would like to use Carrot seed oil for facial , how many drops of oils should i add into 10ml sesame oil ???Which floral water should i choose as well ? (for normal Skin) pls suggest ! many thanks ! Momimi Posted: Thu Oct 06, 2005 8:36 AM   I would suggest a percentage of no more than 0.5% which for 10ml is 1 drop working on 20 drops to 1ml. Oils that have been suggested for normal skin are Ylang ylang, Jasmin and Geranium, therefore i would suggest to use the same flower waters.
