I knowledge of essential oils and blending helps. What you have added is equivalent to almost 1% of essential oil. I do not know what you have added to you blend. Stronger scents are essential oils such as patchouli, frankincense, myrhh, ylang ylang. You need to play abit until you find something your happy with or follow a recipe.
