Hi there,
Pardon is this seems silly but how do you use the herbal teas (not the combinations)? Do you just simply pour boiling water and steep like you would a regular tea or are there precautions?
If so, is there a guide on the characteristics and benefits of those that you sell?
Thanks much,
Audrey

Hi Audrey,
The general use for teas is 1or 2 teaspoons steaped in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and sweeten if required. It is suggested that 1-2 cups per day is sufficient for most herbal teas, unless otherwise recommended by a naturapath, herbalist or practitioner.
Enjoy your tea!
